• We make every effort to display our clothing accurately, but actual colors, fabric texture, and fit may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and individual measurements
• All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we'll notify you and offer an alternative, store credit, or a refund
• Sizes are provided per our size chart — please check measurements before ordering, as we're not responsible for fit issues arising from incorrect size selection

03Order Acceptance

• Placing an order and completing checkout is an offer to purchase, not a confirmed sale
• An order is only accepted once we dispatch the product or send a confirmation email
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
• Ownership of goods remains with Sadqi until full payment is received

04Payments & Refunds

• All domestic payments are processed in PKR; international orders may be charged in the applicable foreign currency shown at checkout
• Refunds for domestic orders are generally issued as store credit/voucher, unless otherwise required by law
• International order refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after dispatch may not be possible — please review your order carefully before confirming
• Refund amounts will be processed in the original currency of payment

05Shipping & Delivery

Domestic orders: Delivered to the address provided at checkout; someone must be available to receive and sign for the parcel. We'll attempt delivery at least twice.

International orders: Sold on a delivery-duty-unpaid (DDU) basis — the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Please check local regulations before ordering.

• We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes
• Risk in the goods passes to you once delivery is completed
• We may split shipments if part of an order is delayed; you won't be charged extra for this
• Order changes are only possible before dispatch — once dispatched, changes, refunds, or exchanges (especially for international orders) may not be accepted
